標(biāo)簽蒸汽收縮機(jī)/蒸汽收縮爐

蒸汽標(biāo)簽收縮及電加熱標(biāo)簽收縮比較：

電加熱收縮機(jī)在標(biāo)簽收縮過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題：
1，日化品一般都含有酒精等易燃易爆物質(zhì)，電加熱收縮機(jī)都是采用電熱管直接發(fā)熱發(fā)紅輻射標(biāo)簽以達(dá)到標(biāo)簽收縮效果，存在一定安全隱患。
2，電加熱收縮機(jī)的熱源不可調(diào)，爐腔內(nèi)溫度過(guò)高，標(biāo)簽收縮不均勻，輸送速度過(guò)快，標(biāo)簽有皺褶；輸送太慢，導(dǎo)致塑料瓶變型，并且影響瓶?jī)?nèi)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)。特別是大批量生產(chǎn)時(shí)，生產(chǎn)速度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)跟不上
3，對(duì)于一些加厚標(biāo)簽，特別是PET標(biāo)簽，電熱收縮機(jī)更是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)達(dá)不到理想效果及速度
采用蒸汽收縮機(jī)則可以徹底解決上述問(wèn)題 
蒸汽收縮爐，又名蒸汽收縮機(jī)，是以蒸汽為工作介質(zhì)，利用蒸汽獨(dú)有的恒溫而且溫度擴(kuò)散均勻的特性來(lái)工作，以達(dá)到普通電熱紅外加熱收縮機(jī)不可比擬的效果．廣泛應(yīng)用于化工，食品等行業(yè)的PVC/PET/PP的標(biāo)簽蒸汽收縮。
