給袋式包裝是指代替手工包裝,具有給袋功能的包裝設(shè)備,根據(jù)不同的物料配套不同的計量裝置從而實現(xiàn)顆粒、粉末、塊狀、固體、液體、醬料、玩具、五金件等產(chǎn)品的全自動包裝方式. 設(shè)備機械會自動的取袋、開袋、給計量裝置信號計量并落料、封口、輸出,打印日期等。Bag packing refers to the automatic packing method of granule, powder, lump, solid, liquid, sauce, toys, hardware and other products, which is equipped with different measuring devices according to different materials instead of manual packing. Equipment machinery will automatically take the bag, open the bag, to the metering device signal metering and blanking, sealing, output, printing date and so on.

包裝流程全自動，無需人工操作；
物料接觸部分均采用SUS316L不銹鋼制造，符合GMP標準；
可根據(jù)充填物料的性質(zhì)選配不同的灌裝裝置；
智能檢測，有袋灌裝封口，無袋，不充填不封口；
德國西門子PLC系統(tǒng),法國施耐德電器系統(tǒng)。性能穩(wěn)定，經(jīng)久耐用。
日本歐姆龍智能溫控系統(tǒng)，封口溫度自動補償，控溫精準。封口美觀大方。
整機氣動原件均選用臺灣亞德客品牌，工作壽命長，維護更換方便。
灌裝部分可直接水洗，須避開電源部分。
如針對粉劑包裝，可外接吸塵裝置，且可加裝有機玻璃罩，減少粉塵外泄。                                                    Automatic packaging process, no manual operation.

The filling part can be washed directly,but it need to avoid the power supply part.

For powder packaging, external dust suction device can be connected, and organic glass cover can be added to reduce dust leakage.
